I highly recommend this product for people trying to conceive. I do recommend trying for at least 3 months however as this seems to be how long it takes for new sperm cells to mature.
Since taking these supplements for a few months I have experienced a considerable improvement in both my sperm count and quality. Even better, my partner and I now have a son and shall be trying again for baby number 2 in a few months time.
